Where do you ship to?
- At this time we are only shipping to Canada. If you do not have a Canadian address we won't be able to complete your order.
- We hope to add more locations in the future.
What carrier service do you use?
- Canada Post.
How much is shipping?
- Flat rate of $12.00 across Canada.
- Local pickup for people in Carman, MB. Please email email@example.com to arrange.
What if I receive my garment and it is the wrong size, or I dislike the colour?
- We will gladly exchange an item/s within 14 days of receiving it. Item/s must be in new condition.
- You will have to pay for shipping your garments back to us but we won't charge you again for shipping on our end.
- We recommend paying for a tracking number. If we do not receive your order back then we will not be able to exchange it.
- We strongly recommend you measure yourself before purchasing, using our size chart you can find here. Every brand has different sizing.
Can I return an item?
- We are not taking any returns at this moment. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please email us firstname.lastname@example.org.
- If you are unhappy with the colour or fit, we will gladly exchange it for a different size or colour, read exchange policy above.
- Every single garment is thoroughly inspected, inside and out, before shipping. If there is anything wrong with your item please send a photo and description within 7 days of receiving it.
- We take great pride in the quality of our products and we will do our best to solve any problem you may have.
